All content provided through the Service, including course materials, texts, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Students Dream or its content suppliers and protected by international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
4. Courses and Educational Content
a. Course Enrollment: Enrollment in courses or access to certain educational content may require payment of fees as specified on our website. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your enrollment.
b. Course Content: All course materials and content provided are for educational purposes only. Students Dream does not guarantee any specific results, academic achievements, or professional outcomes from participation in our courses. We strive to provide accurate and high-quality information, but we do not warrant the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any information on the Service.
c. Fair Use: You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as generally and legitimately permitted through the Service.
5. Payments and Refunds
a. Pricing: All fees for courses and services are clearly stated on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. Any price changes will apply only to new purchases or renewals made after the effective date of the change.
b. Payment Methods: We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI or Mastercards.. All payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
c. Refund Policy:
“All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any courses or services purchased through Students Dream, except where required by applicable law.”
6. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

>Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm Students Dream or users of the Service or expose them to liability.

8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
9. Disclaimers
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. STUDENTS DREAM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
STUDENTS DREAM MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (II) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STUDENTS DREAM, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Punjab, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts located in Punjab, India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
